I turn the abstract into action

Undergraduate student at the University of California, San Diego pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology with career interests in marketing, graphic design, social media, consulting, and content creation.
My Journey
My name is Manasha Sahana Vengat and I am a senior at UC San Diego pursuing Business Psychology. My journey in social media and content creation began in 2014 during the Google Plus era, where I cultivated a community of over two thousand followers by sharing edited collages of pop stars and pop culture content. What started as a fun, creative outlet quickly became a professional endeavor, as I crafted graphics for high school organizations and events, including the annual culture event, yearbook, and a mental health awareness page called Soul Society.

At UC San Diego, I channeled this passion into executing marketing strategies for a variety of organizations, such as the UCSD Music Department, Panhellenic, and two community centers: the Women's Center and the LGBT Resource Center. My roles spanned across email marketing, content creation, social media management, copywriting, website design, graphic design, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
What excites me most about marketing is its power to tell compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences. I’m driven by the challenge of transforming abstract marketing goals into innovative, trend-setting strategies that not only capture attention but also inspire action. My diverse experience, combined with a passion for storytelling and a flair for creativity, positions me to make meaningful contributions to any company, whether it's crafting compelling social media content, researching and driving competitive brand analysis, or pitching innovative ideas to senior leadership. I’m eager to bring fresh ideas, strategic insights, and a creative edge to elevate a brand's presence in the digital landscape.
